1:1 Personal Financial Coaching
As a financial coach, I guide and educate clients on improving their financial literacy and overall financial knowledge. I work with you to develop personalized plans and strategies to manage finances, build wealth, and make informed financial decisions. I can help you with increasing your saving rate, budgeting, debt elimination, financial education, avoiding foreclosure and bankruptcy, and much more.
Monthly Coaching
With the monthly coaching program, I ask for a minimum of 4 month commitment. It takes about 3 months to develop new healthy financial habits and a money mindset. The fourth month is focused on being confident about taking control of your finances. Of course, you are welcome to stay in touch as long as you need. After the first few sessions, you should see progress toward your goals.
What’s included in 1:1 coaching?
- Monthly sessions via Google Meet (60 minutes)
- 30 minute check in call (accountability between sessions)
- Monthly action items to achieve your financial goals
- Financial education and coaching on topics that interest you the most

What’s the difference between a financial coach and financial advisor?
A financial coach differs from a financial advisor or planner in that they focus more on the day-to-day financial decisions and habits of their clients, rather than managing their investments or providing specific investment advice. A financial coach helps clients navigate the challenges of personal finance.
What some examples of how a financial coach can help me?
- Budgeting: Help you create and manage a budget to achieve your financial goals and track expenses.
- Debt Management: Assist you in developing a plan to pay off debt and avoid future debt.
- Savings and Investing: Educate you about different investment options and strategies to save for long-term goals.
- Financial Education: Provide resources and guidance to improve financial literacy and understanding of financial concepts.
- Goal Setting: Help you set SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) and develop a plan to achieve them.
- Accountability: Provide ongoing support and accountability to help you stay on track with your financial plan.
How do I prepare for my coaching session?
As a financial coach, I’ll guide you through every step of the process. During your discovery call, I’ll ask questions to get to know you — your goals, your pain points, your current situation and where you want to be.
